I can highly recommend Rachel for her Ayurveda massages. Her warm, welcoming, caring presence combined with her knowledge of Ayurveda is the perfect combination of healing and self care.
Rachel’s practice is a warm, calm and caring space which deeply resonates with her as a person and practitioner. Rachel is intuitive to others needs and tailors to that in an authentic and refreshing way. I had a beautiful Abhyanga massage and Steam and left feeling rested, rejuvenated and just lush.
