I can highly recommend Rachel for her Ayurveda massages. Her warm, welcoming, caring presence combined with her knowledge of Ayurveda is the perfect combination of healing and self care.
Rachel’s practice is a warm, calm and caring space which deeply resonates with her as a person and practitioner. Rachel is intuitive to others needs and tailors to that in an authentic and refreshing way. I had a beautiful Abhyanga massage and Steam and left feeling rested, rejuvenated and just lush. Thank you for the beautiful treatment Rach, you are incredible, highly recommend.
The atmosphere of the space is incredibly welcoming and inspiring, really sets the tone for your service which was incredibly relaxing, cosy and nurturing. The hot oil is definitely a highlight! Rachel has a really genuine energy I felt safe and seen❤️
Lovely nurturing environment. Rachel was just lovely I experienced the massage with the steam booth afterwards definitely recommend that treatment.
