Wonderful!
I started with normal massages with Gina at the Ayurvedic Center, and have moved on to marma acupressure massages. Both have been wonderful. Energy movement during marma messages has been an unexpected gift. Highly recommended experience!
I started working with Kara Aubin and the Ayurvedic Wellness Center years ago due to the beginning of arthritis in my hands. my daily pain experience was a range of 5-8.
