A great full body massage and steam, both energising as well as escaping and unwinding from daily life. Highly recommend the therapist Harishma. Will be back soon !

The Ayurveda Retreat is my choice of spa in Reading for an oil massage. Harishma is wonderful and it is a great rejuvenating treatment :)
I had a great experience here with Udvartana. The space was clean, calm, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly without being pushy. My therapist, Harishma listened to what I needed and focused on the areas I mentioned. The pressure was just right and I left feeling lighter and much more relaxed. The price also felt fair for the quality of the service. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to others.
