I have seen Dr. Raut for 1 year now (all virtual appointments as we are not close in proximity) and she really takes the time to listen and put the puzzle pieces together to tailor a healthcare plan for your individual needs. I experience a notable difference on the days I follow my breathing techniques (I am more calm and patient) and the days I skip them (I am anxious and my fuse is short.) I highly recommend her practice if you're looking for a holistic lifestyle and personalized health plan.
