I came to Ayurhitam to get help with my mind/gut connection, hoping to be directed to some herbs that might be a “quick fix,” but what I got was so much more. I learned so much about the kind of energy I have, where it came from, what could be better, so that I can feel better as a person, as a mom, and as a professional. Manju’s plan for my diet change, and lifestyle tweaks made a big difference for my everyday life. The abhyanga and shirodhara treatments were amazing. I’ll be back. Highly recommend.
LONG POST ALERT!!! I was treated by Dr. Manju 3 years ago and this is a long overdue review!! Firstly, Dr. Manju is a great listener! She will ask you questions to get to the root of the problem for effective treatment rather than addressing the symptoms. I can not recommend Ayurhitam enough, it has been an amazing healing journey. I have learned a lot and continue to learn. I have suffered from psoriasis for decades and was tired of using pharmaceutical drugs that barely worked.
