I’ve had an amazing experience with Sajita, the RMT at Ayurheal. I booked a 60-minute massage, and while I’ll be honest—it is painful, you can actually feel that the treatment is working. She works very specifically on areas like the arms, back, and knees, and the results are incredible. I’ve had massages elsewhere that were relaxing but didn’t really make much of a difference; this is completely different.
