I had been dealing with pretty bad pain in my forearm and biceps for about 4 months after playing badminton. I even tried physiotherapy, but it didn’t really help. Then I found Ayurheal Ayurveda and decided to give it a try. Honestly, after just the first session, I could already feel a big difference—the pain reduced a lot and I was able to move my arm much more comfortably. Really impressed with the results. I was struggling with lower back pain and shooting sciatica and the cause was rightly identified by their team and I feel 70% alright from the point where I could not even move that too in just two sessions, their ayurveda therapy is purely magical and I heavily recommend from my own experience!
