Ayurda Wellness is my self-care treat and one of the best discoveries I’ve made. I’m always warmly welcomed, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and calming. Prashob is an excellent masseuse who creates a peaceful experience every time. Tea is offered before and after the massage, adding a lovely personal touch. Highly recommend!

I reached out to Dr Ajit when I had a vertigo episode, and the medical fraternity could not do much. He recommended Shirodhara, and it was effective in releasing tension from my head; the feeling was amazing. I followed his protocol and have returned for follow-up and addressed other issues. I am looking forward to natural healing with simple and homely remedies, plus a little help with the medication. Many thanks.
