License Plate: R18 24E Unsafe. Irresponsible. Terrible driving on the 401 at 1:00 PM eastbound to Oshawa at Brock St / Thickson Rd. Not sure who they're paying, but this one was truly the worst driver I've seen. Had more than enough space to merge legally, but instead cut right on the shoulder through two separate on-ramp and off-ramp lanes.
