I was quite disappointed with my experience. After selecting a pastry, I was charged more than the listed price. When I questioned it, the staff insisted the price was correct — until I walked them back to the display, and they saw for themselves that I was right. The response was that “a colleague forgot to update the price tag.” When I politely asked to pay the listed price, I was told “we can’t do that,” which was surprising, considering that in Canada, it’s common retail practice to honour the displayed price. I visited the store recently and was disappointed with how I was treated. One of the staff didn’t seem interested in hearing what I had to say and came across as quite dismissive. As a customer, I would’ve appreciated a bit more courtesy and attention. The interaction left a negative impression overall. Hopefully, this is something that can be improved going forward.

Stopped by this store the other day and unfortunately didn’t have the best experience. The older gentleman working there seemed pretty irritated and wasn’t really helpful. He didn’t acknowledge my questions and acted like he didn’t have the patience to deal with customers. I get that everyone can have a rough day, but still — basic customer service goes a long way. Hope they can improve on that.
