The nuts were fresh and delicious, and the service was excellent. The store had a great selection, and Miriam was so polite, kind, and helpful in finding exactly what I needed.
The cashier at Ayoub’s store was extremely rude and disrespectful. She clearly lacks basic customer service skills. If it’s not a self-serve store, then why are there scales and plastic bags available? There are much better and more respectful ways to communicate with customers rather than being impolite and aggressive. Very disappointing experience.
The offering of dried fruits and nuts and other lovely treats use so great. The quality is very high, the service is good, and the variety is great. You can also create a hostess gift here with what they sell. I love this place.
I went there this morning, there was a lady with bright eyes. She was so disrespectful to me, I only asked for the prices once and she seemed tired or angry. I didnt like the service at all and I wont shop there again.
I like Ayoub’s high quality products and I usually buy my nuts and sweets from this Branch in Denman. But sometimes some staff are unfriendly and rude. Like today on March 19, the lady was very unfriendly. As an Iranian business, you should work more on costumer services if you want to keep your costumers.
