No returned call from 2 days ago go Dr. Lovern's team. I left a very detailed phone message Monday morning & still waiting for a returned call. They have lost me as a patient. When Dr. Mallony was there he was truly the best. I saw him for years.
Very disappointed. I have been a patient of Dr. Mullowney’s since I was BORN!! and never had these issues when he had his own practice. I have called 5 times this month and emailed to get an appointment for vaccinations that are necessary per my dermatologist and have heard nothing back. Hopefully someone will finally contact me. If not, I will have to find another provider. I would like to stay with Dr. Mullowney until he retires as he is an amazing doctor, but the staff is giving subpar service and I do not have time to be... read more
