The physician gets onto you about not keeping up with my health but when I attempt to get my dexcom filled so that I can better manage my diabetes…. the dexcom company sends a request to this office 5 times since January and gets no response. I call and leave a message 24 hours ago and JUST now get a call back from the office, telling me that they never got any fax and they can’t help me. Let me just say FIRST - Mary the Nurse Practitioner is AMAZING! I adore her so if anyone goes here please ask for her you won’t regret the service! But LETS TALK ABOUT DR.AJAZ! Yesterday was my first time meeting that man and let me tell you he is the RUDEST! Most DOWNGRADING physician I HAVE EVER came in contact with! No returned call from 2 days ago go Dr. Lovern's team. I left a very detailed phone message Monday morning & still waiting for a returned call. They have lost me as a patient. When Dr. Mallony was there he was truly the best. I saw him for years.
