Was referred by a friend. 1st year went ok til this year 2023 when I filed and as usual I have to pay out. Aziz told me if there is any discrepancies in the filing he would represent me . I got a letter in 2024 from the IRS stating I owed $575 more. When I tried to contact, he said to email him the letter , and that was the last time I heard from him. I also made numerous attempts to call and more emails, was ignored. Bad business .
Alandra is one of the most kind-hearted people I have met, and I have met countless people in my 36 years. She went out of her way to sit down with me, giving me questions to answers I didn't even know to ask. I can't imagine any other CPA caring about me as a human, and volunteeing the way she did. Keep in mind this is a business, but she didn't treat me like a number. I had a special feeling about this place, and now I know why.
