I've bought a grip from their website for my axys rotary pen. Unfortunately it was faulty, the needles were getting stuck which would have been a health risk trying to get them out. I've contacted them about the issue and they have told me to send it back for a replacement. So I did send it back in October 2025 and I've been chasing them by email since December 2025, it has now been 5 months and I have yet not received a response or a replacement.
