I spoke to Mr. Axtell once. I have tried to reach out for the last 1.5 years as I was promised that if I ever needed additional help with stopping smoking I could call back for free. I have not had a call back or an answer to any emails that have been sent for the last 1.5 years. The phone is still live so I assume that they are still taking patients. Beware of the guarantees of any additional help beyond the first session, I have not been able to get any kind of a response
Steve is awesome. He greatly helped me quit smoking for good. He provides amazing support and makes you feel great and positive about yourself. He gives you the ability to believe in yourself and succeed in smoking cessation. Money well spent!

Steve has been incredibly kind and patient while helping me to overcome my trichotillomania. When I first started seeing him I’d pulled my eyebrows out entirely and now after just a few months of weekly sessions my eyebrows are fully grown back!
