I don't recommend this firm. They are friendly until you pay the money. And then no response to your messages, no attention to you. Anthony Morrish (one of the lawyers) made a number of mistakes in closing the real estate purchase. Now I have to deal with these problems and pay late fees. The only thing I can commend is the work of the paralegal. She always tried to help when the lawyers I was paying were walking by and could not find the time to help me.
We had a great experience working with Allen Xiao during our home purchase. He was professional, kind, and made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable real estate lawyer!
