If I had ever reviewed this company back when it was the family group of Axley & Rode, I would have given it 5 The CPAs and receptionists still employed there who have served our family so well over the years are still worth far more than that. I would love to mention them by name, but frankly, in this day and age of corporate greed, I feel that would be a liability for them and jeapordize their continued employment. Great people, always provide Professional and accurate advice.
We have used this company a couple years now and the experiences have just gotten worse each year. This year was the absolute worst. I called 5 times for information on our taxes and NEVER received a call back. The final call was with an older woman who was even less helpful. I was told by her that all my questions would be answered when I pick my paperwork but nobody was there today. They are very over priced and are not there to help at all. Don't waste your time or money. We will never use them again
