Tom Jacobs assisted us changing our Health plan for our disabled son. On a very short timeframe, he got us the plan, checked all the doctors (a lot) all the meds (a lot) and did it professionally and gracefully. Numerous calls, follow-up calls, more followup calls and all to help us as we could not navigate all the rules and plans. With the stress now behind us - Kudos to Tom Jacobs and the Axius Team. I offer my humble and highest recommendation.
