Therapists Erica and Terry are both amazing! They very respectfully, carefully, and professionally treated my right shoulder for several weeks until it healed. This was my 2nd time I got treatment at this clinic. The first time, a couple years ago, Terry took care of my left shoulder with the dedication and knowledge that make him an outstanding therapist. Note: My official name is Jose David Torres, my insurance card only shows Jose Torres, so both Erica and Terry know me by Jose.
I didn’t even make it to therapy with this place. They require that you put a credit card on file in case anything happens for missed appointments. I’m 59 years old never in my life did any type of therapy that I’ve had in the past required a credit card on file. They helped me recover after I injured both of my ankles. Everyone is very friendly, very professional and they were able to really help me out. I highly recommend them.
The physical therapy staff is very pleasant, although I was only there twice: the first time for the evaluation of need, and the second time for the initial PT session. My impressions are limited; yet, that being said, their approach is similar to other PT facilities where I have had extensive sessions.
