Helped to rehabilitate my hip when surgery seemed to be the only option in 2018. Pilates fantastic for maintaining strength and flexibility. Strength and conditioning classes help to return to the tennis court and general better health. Wonderful Physios and excellent facilities.

Highly recommend Axis Physio + Pilates for their tailored, personal approach to clients' needs. They've helped me manage joint, shoulder and neck issues over many years and the instructors are always warm, friendly and helpful.

Fine professional services by Pilates (reformers) and strength-building. Long-term client, began through rehab for shoulders. Appreciate individual programs and attention within a group of four. Good range of equipment. 400m walk to Central station.
