Good combo with Axis - Physio + Pilates. Pilates has personalized programs and 1 instructor looking after (max) 4. Recently had hip trouble and help from physio and modified Pilates. I buy a package of classes, and benefit greatly. Handy location, within 400m Central.
I went to see a physio here on a recommendation from a friend. The original injury is now fine and I started doing pilates as well. I feel much stronger and little niggles in the lower back are feeling better. The small classes and individual attention mean you're much more likely to get a good outcome.
Excellent physio and training teams - have done rehab and also proactive strength building with these guys and it has transformed my relationship with my troublesome ankles as I age and continue to play sport.
