Worst service and poor customer support.My salary is credited to my Axis Bank account, but it was still showing as a savings account. When I raised the concern, the branch staff could not provide a proper explanation and instead asked me to contact the Pune branch, even though my account is maintained at the Vastral branch and it is a core banking system.
