Excellent Service & Well Proffessional Staff.
I would like to share my concerns about the service at the Axis Bank Chauta Pul branch. My experience with Chetan and Prakash at the New Account Opening desk was disappointing. Chetan's communication was quite discourteous, and Prakash destroyed my documents and stamps without my consent. I believe there is a need for greater care and accountability in handling customer materials.
