Very bad experience with Axis Bank, especially with the service at the branch. I was very disappointed with how my issue was handled by the Branch Manager, Ms. Sana Khot. The overall experience was frustrating and far below my expectations. I hope Axis Bank takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service and staff responsiveness.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Sana Khot, Manager at Axis Bank, Byculla Branch. The handling of our minor-to-major account conversion was highly unprofessional, irresponsible, and unnecessarily delayed. A process that should have been completed smoothly took much longer than expected because we were repeatedly asked to submit documents again and again.
