My entire family maintains accounts with this branch, and I am a regular visitor. While I generally value the banking services, I would like to bring a serious and recurring issue to your attention regarding the ATM facility. The branch ATM has frequently remained non-operational. Previously, it was out of service for approximately 4–5 months.
