Thank you to the Branch Manager and Priya Khatri, who took the time and effort to understand as well as address my issues and concerns. They have assured me that my Credit card issues will be resolved within a few days and that the extra money given by me will be refunded, along with a no dues in writing. The worst overall bank experience ever - altogether shocking! Tricksters and crooks! I had cleared and fully closed my Credit Card dues on the 10th of April after specifically checking the final amount with the Axis Bank helpline.
