Very bad experience at Axis Bank SB Road Branch.For a single RE-KYC request, they called me for a branch visit 4 times. Staff has no proper knowledge of CA RE-KYC process, every visit they give different reasons.
Employees in this branch are forcefully taking mobile phones and writing positive reviews in liue of service which is pathetic anyways. Had a terrible experience in this branch. Axis Bank is getting worst day by day. Earlier too had a terrible experience with the Branch Head - Sunil Suryawanshi who is arrogant, ill mannered and doesn't know to speak in english or with women.
