Good and positive experience through Riya Jadhav Deputy Branch Manager and all other staff. They gave all support in getting my KYC updated when I was on a short stay in Mumbai.

Went to this branch twice to get a name update (after marriage) and address update (after shifting nearby). First time the lady asked us to go get an Aadhar card (which is not easy for foreigners btw). That finally accomplished, when we came with the Aadhar card again it still wouldn`t happen. The reason was that she kept trying to do the name change via the app, which basically never works.
