My account has been frozen by Axis Bank without any prior intimation, which has created a very difficult situation for me. Despite visiting the branch multiple times, there has been no resolution. From the Branch Head to other staff, I was informed that the freeze has been done by the central team and nothing can be done at the branch level. The account has been frozen under CPC control.
