Unprofessional attitude and work is in progress in a very steady manner from past 2 years. I had chosen for it better customer service but as years are passing the graph is going down. “ form kept in the bank and not left unattended for a week which is to be updated in system for a week” I highly disheartening to see a good bank getting downgraded.
