I visited the law garden branch regarding a query related to my account at that time the staff directed to me to the first floor; second floor ; 3rd floor related account queries .I was quiet upset when I went upstairs but when I met Ms Anita parmar on 2nd or 3rd floor she immediately responded positively and assisted me in resolving the issue promptly.she also offered me tea and made me feel very comfortable.
