I am extremely frustrated with the consistent lack of professionalism and delay in handling my NRI remittances at this Axis Bank branch. For months, every single transfer has been delayed by at least a week. I have been in contact with Rathod, Sheroy, Ragu and Rojul from the NRI team, who keeps on passing me around one another or repeatedly assure me that the transaction is "processed”.
