Very disappointing experience with Axis Bank Satellite Road / 100 Feet Road Branch, Ahmedabad. For a simple cheque book request, I had to visit the branch multiple times and repeatedly submit documents, signatures, and stamps. Every few days a new requirement was raised instead of informing everything together at once. Due to this delay, our business operations and customers were directly affected. Expected much better service and professionalism for a current account holder.
