A single person in the cash counter is managing both deposit and withdrawals , more then 30 peoples are standing since 2 hours . even the manager know this but he dont know to manage , making Customers wait for an hours .. Very poor management 19.05.2026
I transferred my account from Bangalore To my hometown branch, expecting similar service here—but unfortunately, it’s been disappointing. The staff at this branch seem completely disinterested and lazy-minded. There’s a clear lack of urgency and professionalism in handling customer queries. It's frustrating to deal with such careless service. I sincerely hope Axis Bank takes this seriously and improves the quality of their customer support at this branch..
The deposit machines are not working most of the time. Very bad service
One of the worst branch no coordination between employees. Dont go for homeloan or any bank work for home loan they need 6 months. No ethical practices.
