Horrible finance company! Costumer service is rude and it seems like they don't don't work from the same computer system. They charge you made up fees . Stay far away from them .
Shady company. We traded in our vehicle and paid off their loan. Their still taking payments 4 weeks later. Saying there's no proof that it has been paid even though it was a direct deposit and sent them the deposit number. This place is a joke. Tried to call them and leave a message but no call backs. They give you an extreme run around. If you see this company on your car loan run!!!
Pire service à la clientèle jamais vu. La dame était condescendante me jugeait sur ma situation d'emploi et à même osée hausser le ton à la limite de crier après moi. Service minable et très peu professionnelle.
The only reason why i'm giving this review a star is because i have to. Marie Pepin is BY FAR the worst agent. she hangs up and starts yelling at you before you even get to finish the reason of your call. I'm a very patient man! but i i will not tolerate their negativity. only Agent worth talking to I Mariella, she is very sweet and the main reason why this is at least deserving of ONE star.
Tres decu avec le service , en 2022 j'avais fait une remise volontaire de mon auto car beaucoup de probleme et ils n'ont jamais fermé mon dossier. Cela a affecte enormement mon credit et le pire c'est qu'il ne reponde pas aux appels. Pire service
