This guy is awesome! At first I wasn't sure if hypnotherapy would be right for me. I had heard other people's testimonies of how James has helped them with hypnotherapy and the impact it had on their lives, and decided to give it a try when I really needed something, anything, to help me with my anxiety. I honestly thought that hypnosis was something comedians did on stage and everyone just pretended to be hypnotized. But after speaking with James about what hypnosis really is (hint: not what you see in the movies) and learning the science behind how hypnosis works with the minds built in systems for improvement, I was actually excited for my first session. I really feel like I've started down the path to remove the mental roadblocks I put up in my life and actually make progress on my goals.
From as far back as I can remember I have suffered from anxiety. I endured sleepless nights from being awakened in crippling panic. This went on day and night for years until I met Jimmy Tiggert. His hypnosis cured me when nothing else could. It has now been a year and i still use his techniques. I can't thank him enough!
