Very disappointed. It's all about the money. Of course, being a bank, it's about the money. However, this bank thinks they are slick when it comes to clearing ACH transactions and checks. Beware, they will hold your check or direct deposit and return an item or items, charge you $34.00 for insufficient funds, and then clear the funds after the fact. Love this bank! I’ve been with the bank since the Walmart location. This location however, beautiful! So clean! The ladies are the sweetest! Attentive! What ever I need they do all they can to make it happen. They explain everything in detail to me. I don’t deal with crazy fees! The ladies in the bank make me feel like I’m hanging with my friends! Still a huge fan of Axiom!
I called to check how much the fee break my CDs, the lady who answered the phone was not nice or professional at all, she didn’t like even to contact her manager to get more help. I never expected bad service like that.. And I hope the branch manager, Travis, he can call me!!!
