My story is similar to the first review on here. I’ve been with this bank for 15 years when they was urban trust ,like they said they quick to take money for fees. I had a mixup with my account. They debit my account two times and will not refund me. I spoke with the branch manager. I spoke with the corporate office. No one will contact me back. It’s been three weeks. I still haven’t had. The problem solved.
Walked in the winter garden location 15 minutes before closing to inquire about opening an account and the banker said “NOW???”
Worst bank ever, do not bank here. Clearly they do not have their customers best interest in mind. They jump at every opportunity to make money on fees. We’ve been banking with them since they were URBAN TRUST. We have business, joint and personal accounts and that doesn’t mean anything here. We’re moving on, should have done it a long time ago. PNC here we come.
DO NOT BANK WITH THEM (Well, the one with Rasinski at Winter Park FL). "Please email our Marketing Department and ... add my contact?" Stop mocking me!!!
