Bank closing down. Nearest branch to me is Beach Blvd. Could never get actual person on phone only automatic. Was good once but found something even better & more convenient.
This is hands down the worst bank I have ever been with. Just closed my account and will never come back or advise anyone to go here.

**I AM TYPING THIS IN HOPES OF FINALLY BEING ABLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH A MANAGER!!!*** I am normally not one to post a review, however, I post this with extreme frustration and disappointment with this so called "bank". I recently lost my debit card and had one mailed to me with in 5 days of calling it in, after receiving a brand new debit card and using it my debit card declined at several places.
