I have been with this bank for a few years and its not bad expext Customer service number is the worst . The people that awnser are rude un-helpful almost as if if your bothering them..hello , ur an employee, right ?? .. Your getting paid to awnser my questions?? . The tellers at the port orange Walmart are friendly but this is the only location in Daytona/ port orange not sure why that is .. anoththing is when u look at ur account from the mobile app it shows ur accou t and what's been taken out but
I couldn’t wait to write this review, I contacted this bank in hopes I’d find answers that my current bank didn’t take the time to listen too. I was never on hold and I got answers immediately. Vanessa set me up with a gentleman named Josh, who took the time to let me ask explain my business circumstances and explained to me my options and is also going to look further into it and call me back. I have been with Axiom for a little over a year. I have had no issue at all. My banking is made simple because I visit Walmart a lot and they are right there. Very simple to deal with. I don't have anything to say bad about them.
I’m an completely outraged I made a deposit and it was cleared was given a slip only to find out the teller had pulled the same amount out of my account without my permission and it was out of my account for over 20 mins I had to call them to find out only for her to say she made a mistake and it was put back in!!! I’m pretty sure that completely illegal, needless to say I will be closing my account your money is not safe there!
The BEST Axiom bank!! The staff goes above and beyond to help you with your banking needs. Been with them several years. The staff is very friendly and helpful!
