What is going on with the Cortez branch? Been closed for 2 weeks. Palmetto branch is only open until 3 and not on Saturday. When are working people supposed to be able to deposit money? Not very good planning on their part. Should not have to drive to Brandon to gain access to my bank accounts. Answers please.
Absolutely hate this bank. This bank does not offer loans, has limited customer service hours, limited branch hours and options, limited fee-free ATM locations, limited branch locations. Axoim is like a small upgrade for people who would ordinarily cash their check at a mini-mart, it's not for professionals or those who have anything to actually put in the bank.
Went to open a business account and the manager that does it is out sick. I dont understand why anyone else isnt trained. Went to Region Bank and opened one with them. SMH
