This location is closing down which is sad, there aren't many small banks in Palmetto. Oh well, I'm putting all my money at MidFlorida Credit Union even if means going to Bradenton cause I'm not a huge fan of big banks.
Went to withdraw a cd that matured. Didnt realize till i got home the check they issued me didnt have my full name.went back to bank and both people here said i had to wait for agent to come back from break. They wouldnt fix it. Asked if i would have to come back another day if she was gone for day. Said that wasnt true but they still wouldnt help me.ridiculous!!. Made me wait.
They are the best!
I like this bank. We had our card hacked and they caught it right awsy. Got out money back right away and a new card right away. Another time they questioned a check I wrote and called to verify it was legit me. I get free checking with no fees. I only wish they didn't close the branch in osprey. Wish they had a branch closer to Venice.
They lied to me about making my funds available and have literally stolen over $70,000.00 from me and my family as if today. Beware of this bank especially the man known as Mr. Payne. If you ask for your money out of your own account, he will flag your account and have it tied up in their "legal department" just to deprive you of you hard earned money, as their bank can have access to Your funds to do what ever they choose with it but you are not allowed any access to your money at all.
