Staff is extremely caring and compassionate
If I could give zero stars I would. As a patient I was not informed the office was closing. the only reason I found out was when I called to have my prescription refilled. I was told to call another office to find a new doctor completely. Even though I'm a patient of the practice I was told no one will fill my prescription until I see a new doctor, there are no appointments available until April of next year. This is beyond unprofessional and unacceptable. Don't waste your time.
Check in was quick and easy. The front desk staff was friendly and made the check in simple. I waited no more than 10 minutes before being escorted to the back. The mammogram technician was equally friendly and gentle. She answered some questions I had and completed the mammogram professionally and kindly.
