I’ve had nothing but great experiences at my Therapy at Saint Peter‘s. The staff is very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. The front desk is very polite and welcoming.
Chloe is truly one of a kind. She made every session feel encouraging, personalized, and genuinely supportive from start to finish. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, but she has the best energy—she knows how to push you while still making you feel comfortable and confident. Even on tough days, I always left feeling better physically and mentally. You can tell she really cares about her patients, and it makes all the difference. I’m so grateful I got to work with her! The entire staff is incredibly friendly.
Easy to make an appointment and got in quickly, I think Melissa was my first contact person and she was great. Sean/Shawn was my PT and he was fantastic with my therapy as well as very personable and easy to work with. Never had to wait for my appointment time. Would highly recommend!
The care provided was appropriate, but the billing was a nightmare. They grossly mishandled multiple dual coverage insurance claims which resulted in them fraudulently attempting to seek reimbursement exceeding contract limits. When I questioned this error, Terri from billing threatened me with collections and hung up on me.
