My 3 year old grandson loves this playground. The pea rock is perfect for small legs running as they inevitably will fall down, breaking their fall so no tears!
Cons would be the equipment and cleanliness. Trash and torn books, wet books around park from someone not respecting the park by ripping up and tossing books from the little free library. Play equipment could use repair as well as the picnic tables. Pros: Nice location, near laundromat, school, homes. Good size. Tire swing and regular and baby swings. Basket ball hoop and baseball field. Little library, and pavillion as well as parking.
Some of the equipment looks a bit rough. Overall kids had fun.
