One of their drivers in their company vehicle damaged my car door with his. I contacted the company and they waited 6 days to text me and tell me that since there isn't any "footage" of it happening that they will not be covering damages. EVEN though I told them that the employee and I have assigned parking where we live and we park next to each other EVERY DAY. Driver was absolutely horrible. Nasty attitude, talking on her phone while driving applying lotion to her face , and hands. Not paying attention to the road. Driver was late picking up which made us 20 min late for the apt which was cancelled and had to wait an hr and half just for someone to come back and pick up

Always really late or rlly early. Won’t reschedule a cab even if it’s their fault. Drivers are shitty and have constant attitudes. Do not schedule a cab with this service.
