I was really excited about working with this company. So much so; I was willing to overlook their stated 6-8 week turn around. Come to find out at the 8 week mark, only after I requested a tracking number, is when they sent over the moch ups to be approved. So, at 8 weeks they hadn’t even started. I have been using Axe Head Threads for years. They always are extremely easy to work with. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to their trade. The level of ethical and moral standards are un matched. We have a business and buy a lot of embroidered clothes and screen print shirts, from them, and the items always look phenomenal. They take pride and ownership in their business and I recommend them to everyone. Ordered customized hats from Axe Head for an event. The hats didn’t come until weeks after they had said they would (the products weren’t even shipped at that point), so we didn’t get the hats until after our event. Quality of the threading was mediocre at best and didn’t capture any of the detail in the image we sent them (which was made by a professional graphic designer specifically for this purpose). These people are AMAZING!! I came in with an unusual design for a jacket to be embroidered and they nailed it!! Super friendly, everyone!! I won’t go anywhere else!! ❤️❤️
