We were really looking forward to spending some quality family time here, but unfortunately we left before even getting to throw an axe. As soon as we walked in, the employee rolled his eyes at us and had a very rude attitude. Weve been multiple times. It a fun outing.
The experience was lacking because there was no a/c. We happened to be next to the thermostat. It showed 91 degrees. The games were fun but we rushed to get back outside where it was cooler.
It was ok. Unfortunately the AC was down so it was pretty hot and uncomfortable. In their defense, we were offered a refund or a voucher to use at a later time. But we decided to stay. The bays did seem a little small from others I've been to and it was kind of dark.
Such a fun activity, good prices, kind and accommodating staff members. My family had such a good time and will definitely be returning!
