Completely unprofessional and rude. Someone called me and when I said I was not interested, they hung up abruptly. Tried calling back with no response, i guess feedback is unwanted
Honestly, going here was such a regrettable decision I made because by the time it came to me deciding to cancel my policy it took nearly A YEAR to get a response for my refund. ALMOST A YEAR and I called/emailed multiple resources. The biggest disappointment was from my agent because he was a friend of mine who convinced me to get the policy. I spoke to him early 2020 on getting my policy cancelled and sent the signed form in March 2020. Unfortunately a week later, everywhere was quarantined because of the corona virus. Kee... read more
