Wow! The folks at Equitable Advisors are on top of their game. They helped me set up an investment portfolio that will take of my wife and myself in retirement and my kids should we pass away early. I can't say enough nice things about them. Top notch service and knowledge.
Completely unprofessional and rude. Someone called me and when I said I was not interested, they hung up abruptly. Tried calling back with no response, i guess feedback is unwanted
Honestly, going here was such a regrettable decision I made because by the time it came to me deciding to cancel my policy it took nearly A YEAR to get a response for my refund. ALMOST A YEAR and I called/emailed multiple resources. The biggest disappointment was from my agent because he was a friend of mine who convinced me to get the policy.
