In the 10+ years of having a retirement account through AXA/Equitable, I have never, not once, been able to get Scott Hart on the phone. Guess what, neither has Equitable, as when they needed to confirm information through him they were unable to make contact, and now me withdrawing my account has hit a hurdle I had to resolve. I’m glad to be wiping my hands of this man’s business as he’s been absolutely useless.
Visited AxA in hopes someone could help my mother fill out the necessary forms to get her retirement funds. Without an appointment we showed up and a young lady named Hannah was amazing and helped us right away. She took it upon herself to print out all the forms and guided my mom on how to fill them and send them to the appropriate entity. I highly recommend doing business with AXA financial services, they showed to be caring which in today’s world that goes a long way.
