Scamming my mom and never ever answering phone. Looks like their business model is to scam old people and tack on high rates. Now they are saying my mom has to pay a tax on the loan balance?!?!? STAY AWAY!
I wasn't very financially savvy when I first signed up with these guys (I've learned in the past two years), otherwise I would have done something very different after realizing the shaft I was being given.
