After 40 years, if I had to do over, I never would’ve given this company a single dollar of my money. They now have my retirement locked into an account that is losing money and I can only remove it by a certain dollar amount each year without then having to pay huge Other penalties! Do not trust any agency that claims to be with equitable. They do not disclose full information!
Really hard to get in touch with main office. My representative was easy to call but surprising how the main number is essentially inoperable.
ZERO stars -- customer service is HORRIBLE.
