Shane has been to my home on three occasions and each time he has come the same day I called. He is courteous, prompt and just awesome! I m thrilled with their service and Shane! I recommend this company a million times over!!!

I received terrible service with this company. The owner was very rude and he did not honor his original quote. The work was not quality work and I was very dissatisfied with the quality and professionalism. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I cannot believe that this company has any customers that recommend them. I spent a week trying to get someone out to my house from their company to look at my air unit. When they got their they spent five minutes looking at my unit and then said they would be back the next day. They didn t come back the next day. Shane came out and he looked over the unit and I thought since he was the boss and owner he would get things done. One week later he came back with the parts. He was so rude and rushed through the job. He was on hi... read more

Came out the same day I called. Gave me a call a little ahead of time so I didn t have to wait around all day. The service man was also the owner, and he clean, polite, and took time to explain things. The circuit board had water damage and he showed me the evidence that the relay was damaged. He had the replacement part in the truck, but offered that if he didn t, he d get the air on for now and come back at my convenience. He did some other maintenance things and changed the drain line with a different configuration so tha... read more
